Method of physician participation in the learning process This examination should be used as a study guide for completing a Maintenance Of Certification (MOC) Board Examination. In order to fulfill ABPN’s requirement each physician should complete all 100 questions in the self-assessment examination and in order to receive credit, learners need to receive a passing grade of 60% or higher. The estimated time to complete the examination itself is 10 hours (3 hours completing the examination including studying research and materials; 7 hours review of responses, explanations, references, peer responses and selection of areas identified after the learners have taken the examination.)
